Building and scaling

2007 Co-Founded a Production Company: While studying film, I learned how to attract top talent and build lasting relationships. That early experience taught me the power of culture and mission in helping great people thrive.

2012 Co-founded SuperAwesome: A B2B kidtech company that developed groundbreaking technology to help brands safely engage with kids online. We scaled to £50M Revenue with teams across the US and APAC. Acquired by Epic Games, 2020. PE Backed.

  • 8th fastest growing private technology company in Britain by The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 (2017).

  • #1 technology growth company in the UK by Financial Times 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies (2018).

  • Breakthrough Technology Award at the Campaign Creative Tech Awards (2017) for REX, the world’s first kid-safe programmatic ad filter.

2020 Joined Lick as part of the 4-person founding team: Helping transform it from a D2C startup into a multi-channel, multi-product brand.

  • Newsweek UK's Top 100 Places to Work (2021).

2023 Helped Griffin secure a UK banking license: Working closely with the Board to lay the foundations for HR compliance and operational growth.

  • Successfully granted full UK banking licence (2023).

Coaching and Mentoring

I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and coaching hundreds of founders globally, helping them scale effectively and solve complex people and operations challenges.

  • Techstars Mentor (2016–Present):

    • Mentor since 2016, became an All-Star Mentor (top 1% globally) in 2019.

    • Entrepreneur-in-Residence for their London program in 2019.

    • Continue to mentor startups in their London and Techstars Anywhere programs.

  • Seedcamp Team (2019):

    • I joined the Seedcamp team, consulting across their portfolio companies.

  • NDRC (2022–Present):

    • Began mentoring with NDRC in Dublin
